A man has been charged with murder following the death of a 68-year-old man on Christmas Day.
Emergency Services were called to a property on High Street in St Asaph, Denbighshire, shortly after 12:00 GMT on 25 December following reports of a disturbance.
A man was taken to hospital but died later the same day.
The 66-year-old man charged with murder will appear at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court later.
Det Ch Insp Eleri Thomas appealed for anyone in the area of the Old Palace Flats who heard or saw anything before the incident to contact the force.
She said: “Investigations are ongoing, and a police presence remains in the area for reassurance purposes.”
She said police were not looking for anyone else in connection with the matter.
